George A. Mangiaracina has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (“IMH”) since 2018. Mr. Mangiaracina joined IMH in 2015 to lead the capital raise activities, asset-liability management, strategic initiatives, and capital markets operations. Before joining IMH, Mr. Mangiaracina spent over two decades in the securities industry as a Managing Director at UBS and Deutsche Bank, with revenue and risk responsibility for proprietary trading, lending, and structured finance across an array of asset classes. Mr. Mangiaracina began his career within the financial services industry group at Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University’s College of Business Administration. IMH believes Mr. Mangiaracina has the financial and business experience, past senior executive positions, and operating experience within the real estate and financial sectors to give him the qualifications and necessary skills to serve as a director.
