Katherine J. Blair was appointed to the Board of Directors of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (“IMH”) in December 2019. Currently, she is a partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP in Los Angeles. She has practiced law for over 20 years specializing in corporate, securities, and transactional matters and advising executive officers, general counsel, and directors on corporate governance, SEC reporting and compliance, public and private securities offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Blair is also a member of the board of directors of Skechers, U.S.A., Inc. (NYSE: SKX), which designs, develops, and markets a diverse range of lifestyle footwear for men, women, children, and performance footwear for men and women. Ms. Blair currently serves as Chair of the Business Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is an officer of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association and a member of the Board of Governors of the USC Institute of Corporate Counsel. Ms. Blair earned an undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, and holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law. IMH believes Ms. Blair’s experience working with and advising public companies, including corporate, governance, and transactional matters provide the qualifications and skills to serve as a director.
