Departure of Officer; Appointment of Officer
On January 2, 2024, Mr. Justin Moisio’s employment with Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) ended. Mr. Moisio was serving as the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary. Mr. Moisio’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management, or the Board.
On January 10, 2024, the Board elected Joseph Joffrion as Secretary of the Company. Mr. Joffrion also serves as the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
