Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. Announces Upcoming Release of 2006 Earnings, Conference Call, and Posting of Its Unaudited Monthly Fact Sheet for the Month of December 2006

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IMH), or the "Company", a Maryland corporation being taxed as a real estate investment trust ("REIT"), announces the scheduling of a conference call and live web cast on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. P.T. (12:00 p.m. E.T.). We will discuss 2006 financial results of the Company, which will be released after the market closes on Thursday, February 22, 2007.

Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. is a mortgage REIT, which operates four core businesses: (1) the Long-Term Investment Operations, (2) the Mortgage Operations, (3) the Warehouse Lending Operations and (4) the Commercial Operations.
