Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. Announces Upcoming Release of 2007 Earnings, Conference Call, and Posting of its Unaudited Monthly Fact Sheets

(NYSE: IMH), or the "Company", a Maryland corporation being taxed as a real estate investment trust ("REIT"), announces the scheduling of a conference call and live web cast on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. P.T. (11:00 a.m. E.T.). We will discuss our 2007 financial results, which will be released following the filing of the Company's Form 10-K which is expected to be filed after the close of market on Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
