(Pink Sheets: IMPM), or the "Company," a Maryland corporation, announces the filing of the Company's Form 10-K which is expected to be filed by the close of market on Friday, March 13, 2009. The Company will not conduct a conference call. The Company expects to hold its Annual Meeting at the Company's offices located in Irvine, CA on July 28, 2009. At that time, Mr. Joseph R. Tomkinson, Chairman and CEO of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. will discuss the 2008 annual results.
