Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. Discloses Departure of Officer

Newport Beach, CA, March 19, 2024 – Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. [OTC Pink Limited: IMPM] (the “Company”) announces that on March 15, 2024, Ms. Tiffany Entsminger’s employment with the Company ended.  Ms. Entsminger was serving as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.  Ms. Entsminger’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management, or the Board.
