On February 9, 2023, Mr. Obi Nwokorie notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Nwokorie was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management, or any other member of the Board.
Following Mr. Nwokorie’s resignation, the Board approved a reduction in the number of Board members from five (5) to four (4).
